Refund policy

Right of return

Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced free of charge, within the following terms:
- The return request must be made within 2 years of purchase and within 2 months of discovering the defect.
- Send an email to info@ceramichebenedetti.it, describing the situation.
- Attach photos of the damaged package and/or the damage or defect of the item.
- Attach a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on the case, we may respond with instructions for sending us back the item to be replaced, or avoid this step.
We will then proceed to send a replacement item, with shipping at our expense. Depending on the country you live in, the time needed to deliver the replacement product may vary. If it is not possible to replace the item, for example if it is a unique piece, we will offer you a voucher of the same amount or a full refund, applying a credit to your card or original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

A refund of the purchase is provided in case of change of heart, provided that the item is returned intact and in the same condition in which it was received, within the following terms:
- The request for withdrawal must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Send an email to info@ceramichebenedetti.it, describing the situation.
- Attach photos of the intact item or the package still closed.
- Attach a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items for which the return is excluded:
- Items on sale
- Gift vouchers
- Candles and perishable items

Depending on the case, we will respond with instructions to send us back the unwanted item, with shipping at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will offer you a voucher of the same amount or a full refund, applying a credit to your card or original payment method.

Late or unpaid refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, before contacting us, please check with your bank or credit card issuer that the time required to process and record a refund has passed. If you have already checked, please write to us at the following address: info@ceramichebenendetti.it.
