Refund policy
Right of return
We offer a free replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective within 2 years of purchase and within 2 months of discovering the defect.
To request a return:
- Send an email to info@ceramichebenedetti.it, describing the situation and attaching a receipt or proof of purchase, photos of the damaged package and/or the damage or defect to the item.
Depending on the case, we may respond with instructions for returning the item to us for exchange, or we may choose to skip this step. We will then send you a replacement item, shipping costs will be covered by us. Depending on your country, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.
If we are unable to replace the item, for example, if it is a unique piece, we will offer you a credit for the same amount or a full refund, applying a credit to your card or original payment method.
Right of withdrawal
If you change your mind, a refund will be issued within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order.
To request a return, you can either:
- Use the Withdrawal Form.
- Send an email to info@ceramichebenedetti.it, describing the situation and attaching proof of purchase.
Items for which returns are excluded:
- Gift cards, once the code has been provided
- Items made to order or clearly personalized
- Perishable items
Depending on the case, we will respond with instructions for returning the item, with shipping costs paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund. If the item has suffered a decrease in value due to handling other than what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, we may deduct this amount from the refund.
The refund (of the amount paid, including standard shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly prefer a voucher for the same amount. Late or unpaid refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, before contacting us, please check with your bank or credit card issuer that the time required to process and record a refund has passed. If you have already checked, please write to us at the following address: info@ceramichebenendetti.it.
